Bloat, hormonal belly, brain fog, and unexplainable weight gain all have to do with our gut health. If you've ever had a "gut feeling" or your gut was telling you not to date that person, you were right! Our gut and brain have a very close relationship. Our mood, energy levels, and skin all are affected by what we eat, how we sleep, and how we manage our stress.

I chose to create this program for anyone. I mean ANYONE! I wont get too scientific on my approach because I want someone with little to no knowledge of this topic to be able to take this course and use it in real life. After taking this course you will be able to:

-determine your belly type

-eat for your belly type

-practice healthy daily routines to create a happy gut

-have more energy by choosing the best foods for your gut microbiome

-practice mindful eating

-go to the grocery store and know what foods to stay away from

Adding nutrition assistance to my clients personal training experience with me was a gamechanger. When my clients became more confident in their food choices and creating a sustainable lifestyle for themselves, minor setbacks didn't turn into completely quitting anymore.

4 MONTH TRANSFORMATION

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

She came to me with a goal. She wanted abs and a booty. Because of her body type, ectomorph, I knew she would have to lift heavy, time her meals, and get sufficient protein and carbohydrates. I educated her on sodium intake and upped her water to relieve her bloat. She got great results.

RELATABLE INFORMATION

I suffered from a stress belly. It wouldn't leave. I had to make some psychological changes before it did. We touch on this "belly type" a lot in this course. It is the most common, especially in these trying times.

Meet Your Instructor

As a Certified Health Coach, Nutrition Specialist, and Personal Trainer, Pamela Erin Ricardo has been passionate about getting in shape and staying there since the age of 9. Watching her mother, an aerobics instructor and housewife, work out daily to Gilad and Denise Austin VHS tapes and cooking up nutritious meals for Pamela and her 4 brothers, she saw her mothers routine as admirable.

She also learned through family devastations and sicknesses, that not only is it important to work out and to eat healthy food, but it is equally important to keep our thoughts positive about ourselves and our life situations. Pamela saw several of her family members-her mother, father, and older brother- pass away from depression, alcohol abuse, and ultimately a sedentary lifestyle.

Prior to such devastations Pamela was 100% dedicated to fitness and her career as a Host and Actress, as she can be seen on television shows such as The Vampire Diaries and The Quad. She trained over 100 women in the Atlanta area in person, virtually, and on her 3 level online fitness app she created, The 30 Day Glow Up. This gained her notoriety in her field. She continued to learn about nutrition once she realized that was the missing piece in her clients success. That, and a positive mindset.

After numerous family tragedies back to back, Pamela came into her own bout of depression. It led to binge eating, weight gain, weight loss, grey hair, loss of strength in the gym, and an overall helpless outlook on life. As she battled imposter syndrome for two years, still taking on clients and pretending to be ok, she realized this wasn't sustainable.

This is where her personal research began. Now she was her own client. She had to practice what she preached. And this is where the RESET YOUR GUT FOR LIFE PROGRAM was birthed. After taking a real look at what she was eating, her sleeping patterns, her mindset, and her relationship to food, she knew she was on to something. Slowly but surely she bounced back. It took 6 months of food journaling, removing sugar from her diet almost completely, moving her body in new ways, incorporating meditation and breathing exercises, and realizing that life is what SHE makes it. That is how she changed the game-for her. And now FOR YOU.

Bringing her healing presence to her work through compassion, empathy, deep listening, and sincere care, Pamela is living her purpose.
